How to Delete Your Data

Select the Dashboard Tab

Step 3

Open your profile by tapping on your avatar in the top left

Step 4

Press the settings icon in the top right corner

Step 5

Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select "Delete account"

Step 6

Review the details, select the confirmation "Yes, I want to delete my account" and press "Delete account"

Are you sure you want to permanently delete your account? This means you will:

• Lose all programming, messaging and assessment data
• Be required to pay any outstanding fees for services at Curv Health associated with your account immediately upon request

Please note, your electronic healthcare records such as charting will be stored for 10 years in compliance with HIPAA and regional legislations. You may request this information at any time at: support@curvhealth.com
